JSE-listed tech group EOH is cracking down on corruption in a big way. EOH has blacklisted 50 enterprise development partners, and reported suspected criminal behaviour to authorities for investigation and potential prosecution. CEO Stephen van Coller contracted law firm ENSafrica to carry out a broad investigation to determine the scale of the problem. This focused mainly on the group’s government contracts. “EOH is committed to ensuring that all perpetrators of wrongdoing are held accountable for their action,” said the ENSafrica legal team.
